Written warning issued to moped driver

Dear Resident, 

Yesterday at around 14:20 your team was patrolling the Ward when spotted a moped coming out from footpath / cycle lane only between Elmbridge Avenue and Green Lane. Moped stopped at the junction with Highbury Close and driver was issued a written warning. If he will commit the same offence within 12 months his Moped will be seized.
